My self adhesive wall border is bubbling up in spots how do i fix it?

Really the only way to fix this is to peel it up to where the bubbles are and slap some wallpaper glue underneath it(lots of glue) and keep doing this all the way down until you have it back on. The self-adhesive wall paper isn't very reliable from what I've seen, go with glue.
