What do U think of this letter to editor Forget immigration reform; enforce existing laws?

Reform is necessary. However, Amnesty is not reform it is a free meal ticket to every lazy sack of sh*t that wants it. The reform should be limiting issuance of ALL visas, shortening the time allowed on ALL visas, Enforcing the State Department to run all it's checks prior to issuance of a visa, Force US Companies to exhaust it's search for US candidates for jobs rather than just going overseas, eliminating immigration "waivers", eliminating the jus soli principle that allows anyone born here to be a US citizen, stiffer penalties for violation US immigration law....That's the reform that's needed.
