So $$ is tight during this holiday season so we decided to do things a little different..?

ok so i come from a family of 3 brothers and 1 sister so 5 siblings including me. i have 10 nephews ages 2-10. usually everyone got all the kids something. not gonna happen this year due to the current money situation. Instead everyone with get their own child 1 gift, that's it. since gifts wont be as great this year i was thinking of brining out some board games and having different kids play different games. The winners can choose from "secret" gifts that i have wrapped up. (these are all under $10) what do you guys think? any other ideas? I was also thinking of getting a holiday pinata and having them break it for candies.
