Everyone needs rest an relaxation.In todays fast pacing world,at my 20's I had troubled sleeping.I guess I'm having insomia.I can't sleep as early as I wish.Sometimes it takes two hours after lying down before I get to sleep.As much as possible,I don't want to resort to taking sleeping pills.The place I'm living in is so far can be consider conducive to sleeping.How i wish I can sleep even though people around me are noisy.I had tried to avoid thinking too much.One trick I learned from somebody was to rub the hairs under my eyes so that I'll would feel sleepy but it does'nt work on me.It's not an effective trick for me.What else should I do?
