I picture bad things happening and think bad stuff is going to happen.?

while i was in the shower this morning i just picture my self getting straggled with the curten like someone was going to strangle me, and i pictured my mom waking up like a demon, i also eveytime the BART goes bye (its like a train.) i picture it hitting the person im next to, and when im in the car i picture us crashing, wtf is wrong with me!
