How can I get my sub acounts and files back after they have been suspended?

2 months ago I got a message that my account had been suspended because of a missed payment. I was given the option to unmerge my work and personal accounts so that I could at least get into my work accounts, which I did. When I reinstated the account I didn't find my subaccounts anymore and whats worse I lost some data. Will someone help me try to get my data back.
