Why does Yahoo mail sort emails to inbox one day and to spam the next?

I am talking about big companies and websites that are authenticated etc. It makes no sense! Sometimes it is a newsletter that I have gotten for months and now it is to be found in the spambox! ??? The only actual spam I have ever received came from .yahoo accounts...or of course netflix which I have blocked.
