Who should I contact?

So, I got a glider and ottoman for my baby shower. The brand is StorkBaby, but it was bought from Babies R us because it was on my registry. It retailed at 190 bucks. Well, I have used it for 15 weeks and at about 7 weeks I noticed it squeaking. I asked my husband to fix it. It stopped for a day! It seems like the squeak is coming from the wood. My baby girl loves to rock, but I can't anymore because the squeaking wakes her up! I don't have the box or receipt because it was a gift. Am I screwed?
