Needed: Centerpiece ADVICE!!!?

I know what you are talking about. I think it has to with the Temperature. I get the Centre piece done on the morning of the wedding, If you want to paratice let water set a couple of days and then try the morning and and see what happens. I am sure the morning of is the best. good luck
