High prolactin level & low sperm count....still possible?

My partner had a vasectomy reversal in September. We've been ttc since then. He just had a semen ysis and it was right on 20 count with low mobility. I also had a blood test and found I had 26 prolactin level but great progestrone etc. Is it still possible for us to conceive? Two months a no go. We're working into our third. I have purchased pre-seed and some male fertility vitamins for him. What else can we do? Any medicines we can take per doctor? I know it may seem that we haven't been trying long but I have been for over a year (with my former husband but no luck and we decided to split).
